In the coming weeks, PBS will be airing Masterpiece: The Complete Jane Austen. They will show film adaptations of ALL SIX of Jane Austen's novels (*drool) on a weekly basis beginning on Sunday, January 13th. According to my local PBS station's schedule, the first one to air will be Persuasion and the second one will be Northanger Abbey. I have never seen a film version of Northanger Abbey before, so I'm particularly excited about that one.
Apparently, Star Wars veteran and dreamy 70's sex object Billy Dee Williams will be starring in an upcoming episode of Lost. (I don't have a legitimate source for this, but hey, 10 million Lost spoiler sites can't be wrong.) I gave up on that show a few weeks back (too many Others, too little time). But I have to say, if Billy Dee's going to be on it, I might have to tune in. ROWRRRRR!!!
The episode, entitled Expose, is supposed to air on March 28th.
I love The Office. As my friend chitto says, it's the funniest 30 minutes of the entire week.
